SHIPPING POLICY

We are happy to bring our customers great value and service by offering free shipping to the USA and Europe through FEDEX, USPS, DHL and DPD.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services, however, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to.  If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Muerto Loco, LLC is not liable for missing packages if the incorrect address is supplied during the checkout process.  Please make sure that your billing and delivery address are supplied correctly before processing your order request.  If an error is made on our part, your order will happily be replaced at no additional charge.

CUSTOMS

Muerto Loco, LLC is not responsible for any customs charges incurred after an order has shipped from our facility.  By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and, you agree to pay for any additional customs fee(s) that may incur after they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with your order tracking information once your order has shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

**MY TRACKING SAYS NO INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT**

For some shipping companies it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.  If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago, and your tracking information has still not been updated, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN 1 PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even though you have requested combined shipping.
